History

PURENERGY LLC was formed in January 1995 by three former core employees of the operating group of HYDRA-CO Enterprises, an Independent Power Producer and subsidiary of Niagara-Mohawk Power Corporation. The company has grown substantially since it’s founding while managing and/or operating numerous power generation facilities in California, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Jersey, and New York.
